Let's dig into BREAST FILLERS _ Before and After PICS

Hello, this is your Dr.Kim from Gowoonmom Clinic

Are you curious about breast fillers? Wondering how much volume they can add before and after the procedure? Well, today is your lucky day because I'm here to satisfy your curiosity!

Let's talk about a case study I'd like to share.

This particular individual underwent a total of 100cc of breast fillers spread over four sessions. Now, you might be thinking,
"Why not just inject 200-300cc at once?" or "Why only 100cc spread over four sessions?"

Hold onto those questions and hear me out!

Before and injecting 80cc of breast fillers

The photos I'm sharing are of this individual four months after the third treatment, where a total of 80cc had been administered:

30cc in July of last year (1st session),

40cc in September (2nd session),

10cc in November (3rd session), and

finally, 20cc this April (4th session)

Initially, they didn't plan to go this far, but they found the filler treatments to be much more satisfying and rewarding than buying a luxury handbag! Each session brought them immense joy and satisfaction. In retrospect, they even joked that they should have done it all at once.

Choosing the right type of filler is absolutely crucial for breast augmentation.

It's important to use a safe and reliable hyaluronic acid filler that meets certain conditions.

For instance, a filler with low elasticity may not build up the desired volume despite repeated treatments.

On the other hand, a filler with high elasticity might feel unnatural to touch.

After all, softness is key when it comes to the chest, right?

Ideally, you'd want a filler that lasts a long time.

Fillers that are quickly absorbed by the body could require additional treatments after just a couple of months – it's like pouring water into a leaky bucket. But don't worry, the fillers I recommend are known for their longevity.

In fact, I personally used these fillers for a self-administered breast augmentation about two years ago and am still very satisfied with the results.

Now, let's return to the main topic: 'Increasing breast size with fillers'.

Occasionally, I get queries from people with smaller breasts asking if it's possible to increase their size to B or C cup with fillers.

The answer is yes.

There are two main methods of administering fillers during breast augmentation.

The first involves injecting the filler into the subcutaneous fat layer. There's limited space here, so only about 100cc can be administered in one session.

The second method involves injecting the filler between the breast gland and pectoral muscle, which can accommodate a larger amount (several hundred cc) of filler in one go.

If you choose the second method, you can make a significant leap from a smaller size to a C cup in just one session. However, I currently don't recommend this method. If you're considering this, I'd suggest you opt for surgical augmentation instead, as the cost and risk are comparable, and it could even lead to complications such as capsular contracture.

In our clinic, we've transitioned from using both methods to exclusively injecting fillers into the subcutaneous fat layer, simply because it significantly reduces the risk of side effects.

Here are the amazing transformations with just 100cc again for your reference!
