Accessory Breast_Get rid of them for the upcoming summer_Before and after pics

Hello, this is Dr.Kim from Gowoonmom Clinic

In a previous post, I mentioned that our hospital started out as a liposuction clinic. Women often had their thighs, abdomen, and arms worked on, but surprisingly, a lot of people came in for accessory breast (#부유방) reduction as well.

For those without an accessory breast, it might seem trivial. However, those who have it are often quite bothered by it.

<<If you actually have a genuine accessory breast – that is, a tissue with milk ducts – it would be best to have it cleanly removed with a Mammotome® at a breast surgery clinic. Please keep this in mind>>.

What's a Mammotome®?

It's a device used for breast tissue biopsy. The Mammotome® is a recently developed biopsy tool that allows tissue biopsy of breast lumps without general anesthesia or large skin incisions. It uses a slightly larger needle operated by a computer, with a small incision of about 5mm in the skin while observing with ultrasound. The procedure is done under local anesthesia in the outpatient clinic, and you can return home immediately after the exam. It boasts nearly 100% accurate test results and leaves almost no scars on the skin.

Mammotome® and Mammotome® are trademarks used for breast tissue biopsy devices manufactured and sold by Devicor Medical Products, Inc., and are validly registered with the Korean Intellectual Property Office.

However...

At the time, long-term satisfaction was not particularly high with liposuction alone. I'm not sure how it is now...

Initially, it feels as if the accessory breast has disappeared, but after about six months, it feels as if the thinner skin has developed an accessory breast. The accessory breast itself is smaller than before, but it's not aesthetically pleasing.

If you just suction out the fat in the accessory breast, the reduction in volume and initial post-operative adhesion may seem to have improved. However, after about six months, when the adhesion resolves, the thinned skin tends to sag.

What we usually call the accessory breast is the stretched skin/fat layer/muscle layer between the armpit and the beginning of the chest. All three layers that make up the accessory breast are swollen and stretched.

  1. Firm up the skin,
  2. Remove fat volume,
  3. Firm up the fat layer, and
  4. Firm up the muscle layer, and you'll successfully remove the accessory breast

My experience with accessory breast removal and liposuction was about 10-15 years ago. Back then, there weren't as many lifting machines like the Shrink Ulthera, Ollizio Inmode, etc., that are widely used today. Understanding the principles of these machines and using them well means you can achieve steps 1 to 4, right?~~ It's such a great time.

<<Personally, I'm really envious of those in their early 30s. It's a world where everything can be accomplished if you put your mind to it💝>>

Of course, these machines alone may not be enough, so you might need additional help from other procedures.

In our hospital, the accessory breast removal procedure is one of the quietly popular items.

A patient who received our accessory breast package today posted a review. With their consent, I will post before and after photos.

Before and after accessory breast treatment

This patient saw such a result with just one accessory breast package treatment, and they decided to come back for another one. There is no end to desire, after all.

If you look closely at each side~ The main concept of this accessory breast removal procedure is to destroy the fat while also firm the elasticity of each layer.

Since it's a procedure to improve elasticity, the effect seems to be more dramatic for younger patients.

Also, because it takes time to completely destroy the fat and to regain elasticity, those who are planning to have the accessory breast procedure in preparation for summer should get the procedure as soon as possible.

Translated version of the patient's review:

I went for a hip filler consultation and ended up having my accessory breasts removed on a whim... The accessory breasts were a bigger concern for me than my hips, especially with summer approaching. Also, I didn't originally have accessory breasts; they developed as I aged, and it was really bothersome to have them suddenly appear.

So, while discussing the hip procedure with the director, the conversation turned to accessory breasts, and eventually, I decided to have them removed.

The biggest reason for choosing the non-surgical procedure was my hesitation to have general anesthesia for such a small area. Also, the price of the procedure was quite reasonable.

They offer a package for accessory breast removal without surgery. They used body contouring technology (Inmode) and shrinkage injection, and they even inserted threads.

I definitely saw the effect of accessory breast removal. However, the effects weren't immediate post-procedure. It took about two weeks for the effects to start to show, and I did experience some bruising.

This is a picture taken before the procedure. Since I decided to have the accessory breast removal procedure on the spot, I quickly took a before picture while changing my clothes..

This is a picture taken a few days after the procedure. There was some bruising. For those who find it hard to do it all at once, you can have the procedure divided into two sessions, but I'm the type who tolerates pain well, so I had it all done at once.

Haven't the accessory breasts significantly reduced? It's been about two months since the procedure, and I remembered it this morning and took a picture. Just by looking, you can see that the accessory breasts have been removed, which makes me proud... I always thought that accessory breasts could only be removed surgically, but I'm satisfied that the procedure has such good results.
