What are heart-shaped heads? _ Simple head filler procedure to make it round!

Today, I share with you a picture of a client who had this heart-shape head. Under the client's consent, we reveal the pictures! It's not severe, but I'm sure many can relate. 

You can't really see the dip on her head because she has lots of hair. 

How pretty is her forehead?

I wanted to create a nice curvy back head that will go with her forehead.

If you don't have much hair, this dip will seem even more obvious. 

It's sad enough to have a flat head, but what's with that dip?
