FLAT BACK HEADS! Simple head-filler procedures_Before & After pics

Hello, this is your Dr.Kim from Gowoonmom Clinic. 

You know you can create chic vibes just by putting your hair in a nice bun. 

But for a bun to look good, you have to have a pretty head face. 

I know it's hard for Koreans to have such round heads, but at least we don't want it to be flat! 

The case I'll introduce today is of someone that had a very similar back head shape like mine ...(Of course mine was much worse) 

This was me a couple of years ago. 

The back and front lengths of my head were short, and there were no curves whatsoever at the back. But since I had thin hair, it made everything about my head look even worse. 

Before receiving head fillers

SO with this client, she had a small head to being with, so we first injected 20cc of fillers for the first round (For every additional procedure, I recommend having a two-month term, since small swellings can continue for around 2 months). She then added 20cc again after two months. 

After her 2nd head filler procedure

For her second procedure, she added more volume and added more fillers to the lower side of her back head. 

She was already very satisfied with her first procedure but was even more satisfied after her touch-up. 

She said she wanted to continue injecting fillers, and with additional procedures on the head, this is what I say to my clients. 

"The feeling of swelling is much less for the 2nd procedure than the first. What I mean by this is that you can feel the volume much more for the 2nd round. This means you'll still be satisfied even if you don't get additional procedures in the area or a touch-up for a year. If you want a bit more volume after a year, all you have to do is do a slight touch-up within 10cc"

"I wasn't going to write a review, but I joined just to write a review after seeing my old pictures. It's so amazing what changes it brought, look at how empty and flat my head looks in the picture. I had no curves in my back head area, so it looked so bad when I put it up. I realized you can get fillers done in the area so I looked up a couple of places. Since the doctor was also a female, I felt more comfortable and got it done. I'm so satisfied with the result. I put in 20cc 2 months ago and added 20cc more in January. She told me to not touch the area for around a week, but I keep touching it because I'm so amazed. I know it will get absorbed after a while since they're fillers so I plan to get touch-ups consistently. It didn't hurt at all for the first round, but I wanted the lower part to be filled for the 2nd round, so it stung a bit. But she anesthetized the area for me so it was all good. I strongly recommend this procedure for those who have a flat back head.
