Breast filler story_Best way to make improvements to 'pigeon-chests'

Hello, this is your Dr. Kim from Gowoonmom Clinic.

After I posted my hip-dip filler procedure post,
I received a lot of inquires for breast fillers.

🙋Have you ever wanted your upper breasts to look more full when wearing revealing clothes?

🙋Have your breasts become saggy after giving birth and is there more empty space in your bra?

🙋Are you happy with your breast size but stressed with your chest bone showing in between?

I think this post will be helpful for those who have these concerns.

Let’s get right into it.

I think it will be easier to understand if I explain this through pictures.

Pre-'bird chest' breast filler

It’s a shame I can’t show the lower part but this will be enough to understand the procedure. As you can see, after receiving breast surgery, the gap in between her two breasts has widened even more.

When the upper chest bone shows like the case above, we call this a 'Pigeon Chest'.

Upper breasts are composed of the skin, fat, and muscle layer, and when the skin and fat layer is thin like this, the inner bone shows like the picture above.

The client you’re seeing was stressed after receiving breast implants, as it was too obvious and the gap between her breasts became more wide.

So, she decided to receive upper breast fillers.

Pre-'pigeon chest' breast filler

This is a picture taken in 2016.

It’s a photo we took before upper breast fillers were injected. She received breast augmentation surgery a long time ago, and she was quite skinny and already had quite revealing bones.

She said she became rather self-conscious after her breast surgery because it seemed too fake, despite the increase in her cup-size.

Even though she received surgery, she said if she wore a V-neck, it showed her chest bone even more, making her breast look even smaller.

The only way to make improvements for pigeon chests, or the upper breast area, is to inject #fillers.

The area we inject the filler is far away from the glandular tissue, so it doesn’t affect breast feeding or birth. You also don’t have to worry about the filler showing in health check-ups.

Since this procedure doesn’t require as much compared to procedures aimed at increasing the size, she was very satisfied with the procedure.

The filler doesn’t get injected to a specific area, but is injected in the broader area, so there’s almost no side effects.

Can you see the difference?

This is after she received fillers in the pigeon chests area.

I was also very satisfied with this case.

Since the filler is injected to the dermis layer & fat layer, it doesn’t go too deep nor too thin, so it doesn’t show nor can you feel it. It just feels like normal skin & fat. You can’t tell that it’s a filler.

There were a couple of people that asked me whether I use aqua fillers for my procedures when using body & breast fillers.

“When using body fillers, in particular, breast fillers, I do not use aqua fillers. I don’t even have the product with me”.

I will explain why in a separate post.
